Desktop focused version of Android – Remix OS soon on PC’s

The beta version of Jide Technology’s Remix OS will be releasing this March 2016. Remix OS only supports older 32-bit machines for now.

This Android based  OS was announced today at the MWC 2016 in Barcelona. The software’s beta will be rolling out from March 1st. It can also be downloaded for free from Jide’s official website to install on your old PCs. Dual booting is now allowed along with the updated hard drive installer. With dual booting, you can switch between your main operating system and Remix OS without any inconvenience.  A file manager, mouse and keyboard support, windowed interface and new desktop features are the key features. It also includes some bug fixes and over-the-air updates.
